Returns on items

We accept returns on items that are not as described or have damage that was not indicated in the description.

Please remember that all our items are vintage and antique so will have wear and tear and so they will not be new. We try and describe any faults or wear and tear clearly in product descriptions.  You can assume that all items are vintage though and so therefore have been used and will not be new. On occasions there are errors, and if we make this sort of error we accept full responsibility but we do expect the item to be returned (return postage is the responsibility of the buyer) before refunding and within certain time frames.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item if anything is wrong with it and items should be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund.  We may ask for additional evidence of damage in the case of damage in transit so that we can pursue this with couriers or postal services to avoid future careless handling of goods.
