Description
Beautiful vintage Russian enamel box. It’s larger than the usual and round with a superb hand painted lid. The painting on the lid is very high quality and shows a musician playing and a young woman dancing with a scarf. The reds and blues are very bold and it is in good condition, although does have scratches and some marks on the sides. Judgng by wear to the base it probably dates from the 1940s or 1950s.
This beautiful enamel Russian box is 12cms across and approx 10.5cms high. It’s in good vintage condition but does have some scratches. The lid is in very good condition with no damage to the painted image.
