Domingo Punter blue and white Spanish vintage pottery carafe. A lovely unusual example of this Spanish potter from Teruel’s work based on some of the 14th century pottery used in Spain. This lovely carafe is 31cms high and is approximately 16cms across. It’s signed Punter on the base and the number 52, not sure if that’s the year. Punter was a fifth generation potter in Aragon and most of his pottery was a green, black and white colour so the blue and white is quite rare. Good vintage condition but quite rustic as it’s meant to be, so some little flakes of glaze and the terracotta shows on edges but adds to the charm.
