Description
1930s Art Deco Royal Doulton coffee set, 15 pieces in the gem pattern, which is decorated with beautiful orange and yellow lantern flowers. The elegant coffee pot is 20cms high and has some crazing. The jug is 9cm and also has some crazing and a small discolouration. The sugar bowl is is 9 x 5cms and also has a little crazing and discolouration, but this doesn’t show on the pieces as the background of the set is yellow but always like to mention any imperfections however slight. The cups and saucers have little or no crazing and are 5.5cms x 5.25cms with saucers 10cms across. This is a truly stunning and very rare Royal Doulton art deco coffee set. Royal Doulton only made a few art deco patterns and this is a very unusual one.
